The purchase of products through Burt and Gurt Jewellery customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated.

When ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you must represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

The site is available only to individuals and others who meet these terms and conditions, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank, whose applications are acceptable to Burt and Gurt Jewellery Ltd and who have authorised Burt and Gurt Jewellery Ltd to process a charge to their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the goods which they purchase.

ORDERS PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSITE

Burt and Gurt Jewellery products are mainly for made to order.

Ocasionally we may be waiting for certain metal products on the site to be made which can cause a delay in your item being made, you will be notified by a member of the team. 

Consequently, you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment/Order for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase/Order. This will ensure that you receive this item when it has been made.

If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our website, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the site. Please note that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand and may sell out during this period.

Prices shown on the site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless an alternative country has been selected by the customer, as indicated in the middle of the shopping page.

The GBP price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured. If you are buying from outside the UK, you will be responsible for any duties levied by the country or authority to which you have specified delivery. You will also incur carriage costs. . 

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is an acceptance of your order completion and the contract between you and Burt and Gurt Jewellery Ltd will be perfected when we despatch the goods to you. The sale contract is therefore concluded in London, England and the language of the contract is English.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item

PRICE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit cards. Payment is debited from your card when we process your order. 

Mainly on bespoke pieces bank transfer is required to commence any work.

The deposit amount is based on the main expediture of the piece ie: metal or diamond,  therefore a % will vary on the amount requested to be paid between you and Burt and Gurt Jewellery Ltd.

All transactions on this website are processed using Paypal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

PROMOTIONS

1. Unless otherwise specified, promotional codes and/or discount offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not available for staff.
2. Unless otherwise stated, offers do not apply to delivery charges. Please check relevant delivery terms and conditions online..
3. Offers are not valid against the purchase of gift vouchers or gift cards.
4. Burt and Gurt Jewellery Ltd reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its reasonable opinion, a promotion code or discount is invalid for the order being placed or is the subject of fraudulent activity.
5. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Delivery

Burt and Gurt Jewellery  will ensure your order is sent using our trusted and tracked- Royal Mail and other Courier Handlers, this also includes courier services trusted withint the jewellery trade. 

You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered. Should there be a delay in your order due to unforseen circumstances Burt and Gurt Jewellery Ltd cannot be held liable for this delay. 

Content

In addition to the intellectual property rights mentioned above, Content is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this Site. Burt and Gurt Jewellery Ltd tries to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete.
